KCSL Coaches Disclosure Page

Where Great Kids Play Great Soccer!

Coaches:

The KCSL is committed to providing a safe environment for childeren, coaches and all others who participate in this great league.  We therefore  require that each person affiliated with the league provide a background check disclosure.  This is also a requirement of Indiana Youth Soccer(IYS) and is a part of KCSL's compliance with IYS as a IYS affiliated club. 

This disclosure must be completed prior to participation in the KCSL.  This disclosure is good for two years.  If you have participated in the KCSL for over two years, please resubmit your disclosure.

To submit your disclosure please do the following steps.

Go to the web site www.indianayouthsoccer.org

  1. Select the pull down menu RISK MANAGEMENT
  2. Select RISK MGMT DISCLOSURE
  3. Complete the form. The Kosciusko County Soccer League is Club ID 202.
